I love cycling and in 2020 I decided to start and Instagram page to display and promote my love for cycling, but more specifically, offroad cycling. Gravel, MTB and cyclocross are by far my favorite cycling disciplines to race!
I once was a hardcore "roadie" and after several years of racing crits I eventually grew tired of crashing. My last Crit was in 2018 at the Gateway Cup series in St. Louis, MO where I was involved in a last lap crash that resulted in a broken clavicle, two separate surgeries and many months of rehab to get back to 100%.
It was at that point, I decided I need to be done racing on the road and turned my focus to offroad riding and racing and @the_offroad_cyclist was born!
So follow along and enjoy life through my perspective!
